The quality of instruction in the yoga sculpt classes by the various instructors is amazing, the music and the pace of the classes are great. The space is also another plus for me at the Brea studio, it's never jam-packed and everyone is consistently respectful of each other's space and practice. Lastly, there's always a welcoming smile every time I've entered the Brea studio, which is always a big motivator before and after class.

I love that you offer free lockers, your instructors are so welcoming and blocks and straps are ofelfered for modifications.

CorePower brea is my favorite studio, hands down. There's been so many days the instructor saves me from my mind. The friendly vibe from studio puts me at ease and makes me feel safe. Choosing to finish my power yoga extensions program at brea was an amazing choice! I love the brea studio!!!

Very clean studio space, and organized locker room. I do wish Brea was closer to the freeway, but the plaza it belongs to seems to have good grocery stores and restaurants.

Great studio and classes would like more variety of yoga 2/level mixed times in the morning rather than same yoga sculpt. All of the teachers were great but they all said they were adjustment based and then didn't touch anyone? All of the teachers tended to wander around the room and it was a distraction for energy for students. They should consider either doing a few demo poses or adjust it was distracting to not know where they were and they might be better served to settle or ground their energy in one spot rather than move around without direction. I loved this place and will be back!!!!
