Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and very understanding where one might be at in their respective level of yoga. And I love how the instructors always urge us to set an intention before our practice and remind us to keep it mind throughout the class and day! Such a lovely place, a great facility, I’m so glad I was recommended here!

I love it all! From the little amenities, like water, towels, and mats available (even tampons!), to your wonderful staff. I was attending so often that Amber even asked me after class what I like to focus on and incorporated moves to work on that into her new routine! That is beyond thoughtful and observant, and it is what keeps me coming back!

The staff is friendly, passionate about what they are doing and makes you feel welcomed. I am so thankful that the classes are available throughout the day and week. Just allows for the flexibility for me to attend as many as my work schedule allows. Because of Core Power, yoga has become a way of life for me which I will continue for the rest of my life, as long as I am physically able to. Thank you Core Power for making my life and health little better.
I like the cleanliness of the studio, being able to borrow a lock for lockers at no cost, and the friendliness of most of the staff I’ve met.
