Class was great! Teacher was skilled, gracefully led a very full class. Front desk was welcoming and kind. I’ll definitely go back when I’m in town again.

Paula is an amazing teacher! I feel she really spoke from her heart about the intention. The hands on adjustments were really great as well.

I have truly enjoyed how the instructors are very welcoming and helpful in each class. They really take the time to assist you as well as motivate you through their intentional words.
