Detailed and informative
We had a friend whom is an electrician come with us to see the property after we had already finalized our deal with the sellers. He found a HUGE and costly problem with the outside wireing into the house. And it will need to be completely redone all on our dime now. Something that everyone feels should have most definitely been included in the report and was a major over site. Our realtor could not believe it was not on our inspection report. I will not be recommending your services to anyone.
