On time and thorough; friendly and knowledgeable.
Once we moved into the house there were many things wrong with the house that didn't come in the inspection.
I've noticed some ceiling stains in one of the bedrooms that was not noticed during the inspection, not very thorough job. Seemed very quick inspection for the size of the home

That your representative took his time and checked things out. The report pointed out things that needed attention along with pictures. Also, he told me and pointed out things that were OK and that needed attention while I accompanied him on the inspection. However, since I am living here I have found a few things that needed attention that we didn't find during the original inspection. They are minor to a degree and that is OK, because you can't find everything and all homes/condos have their issues. I was happy with your service and all the major mechanicals are working fine. I turned in a list of items to be repaired from your report and the owners fixed them before I took possession. Thank you for that and your service. I would use your services again.
