I love the classes, particularly the water aerobics. I love the cleanliness of the facility. I love the delicious free coffee. It motivates me to get up in the morning & come work out :)

Friendly service, and while there are busy times, I can usually find a machine when I want. I like the variety of classes offered at convenient times, along with the other community events such as Y weight loss, women's self-defense, and more

Great classes and instructors. The employees at the front desk and so friendly and well-informed. They are always there to greet you with a smile and acknowledge you by name. They also assist you with membership questions you might have.

Jean is an amazing yoga teacher. She makes she keeps all levels of experience in mind and really knows her stuff.
She has calmed me down...which is a miracle. Don't loose her....give her a raise!!!
I also like the new yoga times.
