The facility is clean and the front desk guy who did our tour was so friendly and helpful! Same with the people in the kids zone
The Instructors that I have taken classes with are amazing!!! The building itself seems very clean and taken care of. My only suggestion for improvement would be for the ladies bathroom. Not sure why but by the ladies toilets there always seems to be a strong mildew smell. Not sure what is causing it but I have not noticed that at the North Kansas City YMCA.
Cleaver Family YMCA is a very welcoming and helpful place to exercise. The staff is available to answer questions, show you how to use equipment, and make suggestions. The members who use Cleaver Y are a happy and friendly group.
I work independently with Monica, a personal trainer. I am impressed with her knowledge and her constant studying and qualifying for extended certification for her job. She listens to my needs and makes suggestions for new ways to exercise. She is very encouraging.

be a big deal to the YMCA, I like that. They email you and keep you in the loop on whats going on at the Y. Membership is affordable.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Facility has equipment to meet ones exercise needs and the facility is clean.
I use the Y for weight lifting and am typically there 6-7AM M-F. I like it because there's basically everything you need and the environment/vibe is relaxed. I've never had any issues with other patrons, in fact, quite the opposite. Equipment is clean and, for the most part, very new.
I’m 75 years old and I feel at home there. I can get a good workout and not feel like an idiot. The people are nice. Great diversity among members.

Your front desk staff in the mornings are great! Becky and Michael do a great job and very responsive.
Your group instructors are terrific. Gary, Mo, and newly added Sierra are terrific. Sierra is a great addition to the early mornings.
I would like to see you open the spray park. I think you are missing the boat for a lot of Brookside and Waldo Families who travel over to Fairway and PV to find summer water fun.
