Provides a good variety of ways to maintain and improve health and fitness. Although the addition of more state of the art stationary cycles would be a benefit. Too much demand in this area and not enough equipment.

I like the flexibility of the times offered for the class schedules. I really works for me to start the class that i attend so early in the morning.

I love the Les Mills classes and instructors. There's always enough front desk people to get everyone checked in quickly. And it's a clean facility.

It offers a lot of amenities for the whole family and there is always equipment available to work out on. It's convenient for us.

It's family friendly - with childcare and having the indoor pool and the kids' nights and family nights which we are hoping to try out really soon.
