The Y does a really good job of accommodating clients with a friendly staff. Activities are changed to reflect the needs of the community, especially with seniors.

I have a great trainer, also many classes to choose from. The front desk staff are always friendly--and I like the diversity.

The Y manages a very good facility, keeping it clean and updated. The workers are friendly and helpful.

Daycare. It is very nice to have the ability to workout and have a place for kids to socialize. The Platte county north location is particularly clean.

The instructors--at least the ones I take classes from--are terrific. Thank you for adding the Sunday classes. If I could change anything, I would add more yoga classes, like the one Michelle Derry teaches--it is The Best. The other yoga classes are just too easy.

What does the Y do really well?

I like the variety of classes as well as free weights at equipment. The trainers I have worked with have been excellent as well and worked hard to meet my fitness goals. The kids programs are also good, my daughter enjoys the kids night out events.
