Plenty of machinery and hours that fit my schedule
I like the opportunities for seniors that the Ymca provides – – the outings, the learning opportunities about health, physical therapy, cell phones, etc. I also like the opportunities to get together and play games or meet new people because when you reach a certain age, you start losing friends and this gives you a reason to get out of the house.
The Y is set up for easy access by all. The hours on Friday night s/b raised back to 9PM. And Sat/ & Sunday hours s/b extended.

There are many choices of machines and classes to choose from. The track is large and has a view of the entire area, mostly.
The location, classes, pool, lots of equipment, clean facility, opportunities to socialize especially for older adults, everything!
A great place to work out and make friends. I just wish the Y would offer more classes for people who aren't retired.

A few things. The front desk people are always so welcoming. I also love the new pool hours, it makes a huge difference
I'm very happy with the pool area and the saunas. The management of the pool has improved a lot, and I notice that in many ways. When there is a problem it gets fixed quickly.
