They do it all very well, from providing the classes I want, the latest, well maintained equipment, a venue for visiting with friends, friendly staff and great walking/running track.

What does the Y do really well?

I have liked the variety of classes and complimentary services which come with the Y like the nutritional programs, 6 sessions with the trainer, weight loss programs etc. I also like the pool, the indoor walking track, and the gym floor and variety of cardio machines.. However I wouldn't be able to go at all if it weren't for the childcare and I love that there is no additional fee involved. Child care (which my kids love to go to) is the most important thing to me.
