Love the chair Yoga and AOA low impact. The yoga makes me feel so relaxed and good. The AOA class is energizing and the people are fuin, need to expore some more. wonderful experince

I am very happy with the variety of classes you can take for group excersize. I am the first to admit that I do not work out very much alone. I like to have people around me to help motivate me. The people are very nice and friendly. The facility also has a great pool, lazy river, steam and sauna rooms.
Good place but, all too often, equipment is down for far too long. In other instances, equipment has been down for several days, or a week, before any of the staff knows about it, which indicates there is not regular inspection.
