Friendly fun nice healthy family place and events
I enrolled my 3 year old daughter in the swim program. She loved it and the instructors were so patient with her. She was the smallest and least experienced in her class, but they worked with her diligently. She really enjoyed going. Thank you YMCA!

Organization, communication
The North Kansas City Y offers a welcoming atmosphere where inclusivity is the norm. I love the Water Aerobics classes and have made many friends while attending them over the last several years. I appreciate the track upstairs and use it regularly as well. I also like the partnership with North Kansas City Hospital.....the blood pressure checks and the lunch and learn programs they host. And, I am overjoyed that they are now offering ESOL classes. I always feel as though the Y is looking for new ways to serve the community. The North Kansas City Y is a treasure, as well as a bargain for the price!
Rescheduling and make up games/practices have been a breeze. The Y is great at keeping contact with families.

The staff at both locations I visit are very courteous and always have the information I need at the time.

Offer programming for my entire family
I love Coach Marcos and Coach Hez that coach my son's 4th-5th grade soccer. Thank you so much for adding the Spring 4th & 5th Grade Northland soccer option. Please consider adding the same for the fall.
The one I go to in North Kansas City has the best employees. Everyone is really kind and they make you feel welcome. The gym is very clean. There is something for all family members.
