My choice activity is water exercise. I often talk about it. My husband and I are in pool activities at the same time. We are both over 80. We are safe in the water, no falls.
Most of the pool people are attentive. The facility is kept clean and in good operation. The front desk gals are delightful.

The exercise equipment, pool, and exercise classes
I like that choices available. I can work out on weight machines, take a water aerobics class or one for arthritis sufferers. Right now I am taking a low impact aerobics class that fits my present needs. One experience that was especially enjoyable was a trip to Powell Gardens.No employee has ever been rude.
It is just a fun place to be!

Every time I enter the Y I am greeted and every time I leave I hear have a great day. The staff are friendly and curteous. The entire facility is always clean and the equipment selection is great for me.

It has a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. I’ve exercised at different facilities in different cities and always felt like I was out of place there because I wasn’t as fit as everyone else. Our Y has a “come as you are” feeling.
