The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to be helpful! I went in to get my membership cards for my family and the worker was so helpful as it was my first time at a YMCA ever. She even asked questions to get to know me and family while she was preparing the cards. Their was no awkward silences and she smiled the entire time. I would recommend that location or the James Nutter location in Missouri to anyone. They truly make you feel welcomed and like you are family. I can't wait to continue my experiences with them. I took my daughter swimming for the first time there and they went out of their way to make sure she was comfortable. I love the YMCA!
There’s enough space and equipment. I usually do not have to wait long to use any of the equipment. Staff is very nice. Great environment for a workout.
I like that it’s quiet and easy to use equipment. Judgment free zone.

Love the atmosphere. The senior classes are wonderful too. Michelle is a fun, great teacher. She gets us moving! Love the other activities like bus tours, book club, plays & more.

We absolutely love going to the Olathe family YMCA. The staff and trainers are some of the best people we’ve ever met. It’s a great atmosphere for all ages and everybody treat you with respect regardless of your workout level.
