I have been going to the YMCA for almost 20 years , mostly for the pool.
Since Covid19 I have not been there as much as I would like.

It's not a dating pick up gym. People of all ages, fitness levels and abilities are welcome there with no judgement.its not overly crowded.

Excellent facilities with well-maintained cardio equipment, machines and free weights. Pool area is spacious with many open swimming and group activity options. Group classes are offered throughout each day with a wide variety of options. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Hours are quite flexible as well.
I love the Y, but I would like them to get back to longer weekend hours. Maybe 8AM-6PM. Sundays are a late start and early depature 10-4PM. Nothing like fogetting and arriving at 3PM and not able to get your whole plan in. Also when equipment is down it sometimes takes a couple weeks to get it back up and running. Thank you
