I love all of the new friends I have met through the 7:00 pm Monday and Wednesday water fitness class. They have become lifelong friends. I have moved on from the class and now swim laps but I am still friends with all of them. When I hear people criticize that group it makes me angry as they have not given them a chance. I was new at one time too walking into a group that had been friends for years. I think we all try to be inclusive with new members but when you only come randomly it seems like a slap in the face to people you don't even try to get to know. They too can become part of the group as we ARE NOT exclusive!
As for the swimming - it has saved my life! Battling depression after a severe car accident it has brought me more joy and contentment than anything I have tried! I love seeing the lap lanes full before I get there at 7:00 pm with all of the swim teams!

We've only been members for about a week but in the brief time we have been there the staff has been very friendly and the facility is very clean. IT's also very family friendly which we really like.
