What does the Y do really well?

The majority of the staff makes you feel welcome! Once you are a member and go in regularly it's like family. I have lost 179 pounds so far through surgery and exercise and watching what I eat. I'm not saying it's been easy, but the staff and the members that know me have been extremely supportive.
