I love the schedule with tons of options. I love the core work. The facility is really nice. I would change: the music: very loud and not conducive to a meditative state, it also demotivates me when many instructors talk about how hard core is and how we probably can't wait for it to end while we're doing core - instead focus on how great it is (this happens almost every class, focusing on how hard it is), I would also change the advertising at the end of class - the last thing I want after a class is to have to listen to advertising - instead focus on something uplifting or better yet just silence.

I will say that the classes are too pricey, unless you get unlimited. I love COREPOWER, and was going 5 times a week, but thats a car payment, plus most belong to another gym as well. It would be nice to keep the clientele the same, but somehow lower the prices.

As a older first timer, I was very intimidated about the class. My 25-year-old son convinced me to give it a try. The staff couldn't have been nicer. They made me feel comfortable. The instructor offered great tips without being judgmental. I can't wait to go again!

Great teachers, location and studio. Glad you resolved the parking situation. Wish you had a second room so that more classes are on the schedule.
