My Wife & I tried Yoga for the very 1st time this past Sunday. Leslie is an extraordinary instructor and her class was unlike anything we've ever experienced. Unlike traditional gyms, crossfit or other popular fitness programs - Leslie's class felt completely non-judgemental in terms of our fitness or ability. We felt something transform in our bodies and minds. We can't wait to continue our journey with Corepower.

Good class and easy location from where I was staying. Only one studio at this location so times may not work as well for some people.

I have done a lot of yoga elsewhere, and feel like from a fitness level Corepower is absolutely a better workout than I've found elsewhere. I feel like the instructors are mostly all incredibly personable and make it a really enjoyable experience coming in and working out. They kick your butts without having a drill-sergeant feel, which I really like because it makes me more comfortable with what I'm doing. I have gained more muscle there in a week than I did at my other gym in three months, which is incredible. The only reason they are being docked any points is because the corporate atmosphere of the front, especially charging for mat and towel use. I haven't had experience with a yoga studio doing that before, and it seems especially silly when the monthly membership rate of Corepower is significantly higher than other yoga studios in the area. Other than that, I love this place and am so happy to be a member now!

Atmosphere was very relaxing. Classes were well run and instructors cues and tips for poses and sequences were very helpful and easy to follow. I attended two different classes and being new to CPY can be a little intimidating. The environment, staff and layout of the facilities was welcoming and I was very comfortable participating with confidence. Great job!! Loved it!!

Well, I probably don't count as much because I'm a CPY employee...but you guys are the best! Tia was great, of course the studio was totally immaculate because Melissa and Kim and their team are rockstars, and I felt like a million bucks after class.
