The classes (aqua fit, yogalates, yoga etc) and all the staff are great. Love the chilled out pool area.

Not over-crowded, staff always helpful & the facilities & classes are brilliant!

Clean gym, friendly staff, nice pool area. The opening hours have been extended which is great. It would be good to email members to let them know this(or advertise it at reception) and use the One Escape website to show updated opening hours and any changes to hours on bank holidays

Clean instalations, good equipment to do sports, many different classes, quiet and relaxing enviroment, not a packed place where you must do a queue to do your exercises.
