Can you please request that parents and guardians don’t wear outdoor shoes in the shower area? It’s gross.

the staff are really helpfull getting me into a class when its booked out but i do get frustrated not getting into classes as they just get booked up regularly

Encourage members to review their Exercise Program !!

Perhaps the Trainers could ''check-in'' with members on the Gym Floor. We see them walk about, put they don't ask us ''how are You doing'' what are we trying to achieve, are we preparing for the Marathon etc........

Some of us are reluctant to ask if we are doing the correct exercise, then we forget to book-in for a review as we leave the Gym

Anyway that's my observation ..........

I would like to raise the issue of the loud music in the gym.

Most people wear headphones which means they are trying to listen to something on their phone, which is not possible without raising the sound levels very high and even then, it is not possible!! Also, as a result people training together are shouting at each other. It really is not necessary to have the music volume so high

Very good Health Centre I enjoyed so much

Absolutely love the club, the Staff are all super ,friendly and helpful . The new Dyson hairdryers in the ladies is a added bonus which helps compensate for the slightly outdated changing rooms. The only day I try to avoid is Wednesday afternoon where it is like a creche and afterschool homework facility with the children running everywhere which is quite dangerous on wet floors in the changing room . I am lucky that i am flexible with the times i can attend so this does not effect me personally

Can’t think everything is perfect

It’s a bit frustrating having aqua aerobics at the same same time Monday to Thursdays for those that would like to swim at that time.

The only (small) thing I can think of is the strength training spaces… can get crowded at times!

I’ve mentioned it on numerous occasions but nothing had been done up to end of Sept. there is a hook missing from outside one of the shower cubicle. This May sound petty but it’s v inconvenient for person using that particular shower as we hang our bag & towel on that hook.
The soap & shower gel holder has come away from wall in another shower on same side of the shower area.
These are small things but essential to us who use these facilities on a daily basis.
I would appreciate if these can be remedied ASAP.

I love this club! I just have a comment in regards of the lockers room. People coming from the pool are wet, ok fine but the wet floor is risky. Not sure what can be done in regards, but this is just a minor issue. Keep the great job!
