I've noticed that some of the head phones have a smell? I am sure that they are cleaned regularly. Are they available to buy? I'd be open to having a pair for personal use if that was possible? Otherwise I'm really enjoying the classes. Thank you, First name removed

Different variety of machines, change the ones that are not used as much (cycling machines)

New to Dartry but Really loving the experience so far. Plenty of classes and very clean facilities.
If I was to improve on an area it would have to be the ear phones. They can be low on battery and from a hygiene area, extremely smelly, I know this is hard to avoid but is there a system where people can use their own ear buds and hook up to Bluetooth? Or maybe provide disposable ear covers?

Maybe see if there is interest in a less vigorous prime time style class?
I am recovering from surgery and would like to rejoin an exercise class, but prime time is just too demanding.

To provide a plunge pool

An earlier opening time may be nice if it is feasible and has demand. Apart from that the facilities are great, and the staff are some of the nicest I have met in the sector.

I've found that staff and management are very willing to accommodate any requests. I've been able to pause a membership without difficulty and they would regularly get back to me regarding information or requests.

I am very happy with the Club and would recommend to people of all ages

More intermediate classes and availability of same over weekends!

Can the exit door be left slightly open during studio classes. I appreciate there is some sensitivity re noise pollution with neighbours but a little ajar would make all the difference to a healthy breathing climate and reduces risk of infections.

I really liked the gym, it has a good space and equipment as well as the pool and sauna, I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

I am very happy with the range of services the staff offer and always find them helpful and positive

Everything is perfect

The pool is quite cold - it’s ok for adults but the kids can’t swim in it, they are shivering badly after a couple of minutes and we have to get out!

better personal training. my recent session did not meet my requirements.
I would have liked a chart & more instruction for my long term progression

The classes are most beneficial especially Yoga with Monica & the staff are superb especially Monty.

Fantastic facilities and atmosphere

All good. Amazing staff here. Got a call from Dave when our kid wasn’t himself @ swim practice to check he was OK. Sean had filled him in. That’s customer service. Monty and co are great on front desk. Pleasure going in there. Brilliant team.
