It was a great work out
My first week has been great! I really have enjoyed connecting with the staff. As someone who is a true novice in yoga, it has been great to see how my body and mind can grow. Tenley and Virginia were phenomenal instructors.
Workout as a whole is solid! Consider adding more 12:00 Sculpt classes during week days :)

The teachers are terrific! They give great cues that help us improve. And they throw something new and different into the class to keep it interesting.
Abby K was AMAZING! This was an incredible class and I felt 10/10 after. Will be recommending her to everyone yogi I know!
The community and the challenge
GREAT CLASS!! Joslyn was a great instructor and I really enjoyed her class. It was tough but in a great way. I really enjoyed this studio and class!
It’s been life-changing!! Not only does it keep my body in check, allowing me to have more agility and strength but so many of yoga’s lesson on endurance and flexibility can be applied to life. It has been both a mental and physical change for the better. I love it!

This was my first class with CorePower, and the instructor was great, very friendly, and helpful from the time I came in, to the class itself, and up until I left. I'd love to take another class with her again.
I love the classes, but sometimes the music is louder than the instructors voice and is hard to hear them.
Challenging
The 3 instructors I experienced were competent, caring, and engaged. I thought their instruction was clear and helpful and the studio is beautiful.

Great workout, great stress relief, lots of encouragement from the instructors. One piece of advice I’d give my younger self (if I could) - practice yoga!! It’s never too late to start.
