An incredible experience! Linda, my instructor was so patient and kind. She did a wonderful job leading the class with a progress mindset rather than focusing on perfection. She also was great at helping us connect with our emotions and practice mindfulness, reminding us frequently that just showing up with an intent to move our bodies was an accomplishment. The facilities were also spotless and incredibly convenient for use. I would 100% come again and recommend this studio for anyone.
I love the studio spaces and the locker room space. Nothing feels cramped. Some of the teachers are really wonderful and consistently have great and challenging classes.

I love my class with Korede. She is a great teacher. I do wish parking was not such a hassle. I come early so I don't like parking in the garage. But it means I have to pay for parking in the outdoor lot.

Took my first class at this studio. The instructor was new to the studio but really good. It was a good mix of sculpt, yoga, core & cardio. And great music.
