I am a part time resident and I like the remote on my tanks that allows me to check the propane level in my tanks. I am not thrilled that you eliminated your service group, which I used a few times and was pleased with the service provided. However, when I last called you were able to direct me to a new service provider.

Great customer service, ease of signing up for new propane service! Knowledgeable service technicians that take the time to properly explain propane safety and what to do in an emergency. I love that I can now monitor my tank levels through a mobile application and not have to go outside during inclement weather!
I like the prompt response when I call for a fill up of propane. I just wish the price was better. Being retired is a concern, especially when the cost of services and products rise faster than my income from Social Security.
