That Superior automatically starts autodelivery when the weather turns, knowing that I will have the heat on full time (and I have propane heat).
Although its been chilly now for a month—and the heat has been on—Superior beat me to the punch. I was getting ready to call them this week to let them know that my tanks were down to 50% and that we should start monthly deliveries in the next 2 weeks. But they were on top of it...and that makes you know this company thinks about their customers.
While they may be a few cents higher than other companies when it comes to the price per gallon, the service more than makes up for it. I've only run out of gas once...and they were there that same day with an emergency delivery (not just a small grill-like thank that I've heard other companies do) and a full delivery came the day after that. In fact, as a result, Superior came in and added another tank to ensure I never ran out between deliveries again (all at no cost to me).
