They were very courteous to me when I called to inquire about the delivery. I wasn't sure if delivery would be made before ice or snow would be an issue. I have a long driveway and snow or ice makes delivery quite difficult. The delivery man was also very courteous. Now I'm set for the next few months until spring weather arrives.
