Prices are fair. Budget program works very well for me as a senior on a fixed income. Deliveries are made in a timely, and efficient manner, I never run out of propane. Customer service reps are always polite, well informed and friendly. I have been using superior for many years and have never had a problem of in any way shape or form.

When I call the Harrisburg office to request information I am always treated professional and very friendly.
When we first moved to PA I had never used propane before and had a lot of questions. Windy and Cindy worked with me to figure out what was best for me. Francis was also very helpful in assisting me to setup an automatic payment each month.
I do no have to worry about running out of propane, as my tanks are checked regularly.
Back at the end of my contract for 2017 I was billed $2,0000+. I discovered the ducks under the house had not been secured in place. I spoke with John, manager, and he was able to apply a discount even though it was not Superior’s problem, which helped some.
I have and will continue to recommend Superior Plus to others.
