Cleaning of my furnace is done neatly. Still think you should give discouts on oil since I am a long-standing customer.
Even though the company has grown extensively over the past few years, it is still one of the very few companies that allows you to talk to "real people" instead of computers, when you have a problem. This year because of the unusually cold weather and a need for fuel at the end of the heating season, they called me personally to work out a plan with them. The people that service the heater are always nice and helpful in answering questions I may have. In a day when customer service is rarely found, they fortunately still strive to keep the customer as a very important part of their business. Thank you for your service.
