The lady that attended me (Ashley) is very attentive and responsible. I have been with her my last 3 times there and she never disappoints giving me options on haircuts, if i wanted the MVP treatment, etc. 10/10 for her !!!
Kids haircuts were great. The stylists both listened to my requests at the beginning. Sought feedback during the cut and made the kids comfortable even when the youngest was a bit tired and ready to be done. They still completed the cut with him and even called in manager assistance to help finish it out without making him feel uncomfortable and while finishing the quality cut. That level of patience and the confidence to ask for help is worth more than almost anything to a parent bringing their kids in for service.
