There was no wait time. Online checkin was great, especially since it tells you expected wait time. The stylist was quick, efficient and friendly. The only downside was I had a coupon for the VIP service which I showed the stylist before hand, but I didn't get the VIP service so could not use the coupon.

The new app is a little wonky. Also, sometimes the wait times are just too long because you don’t have enough associates in the store. But overall sports clip is great. I never give a perfect score because never is anything perfect.
