My kids love going to Mathnasium. The Center is Studio City is friendly and well run. Their math abilities improved greatly.
The only request I would have is to have healthier snacks or smaller boxes as a reward. A giant nerds candy or skittles box sends my kids through the roof, and since they "earned"it, it is hard to take away! All the artificial coloring is not great either. Perhaps something with less sugar. Healthier snacks would be great.

My daughter actually looked forward to going to Mathnasium . Jay was great and made math enjoyable . I can see how much confidence she has now . Andrew was very accommodating and flexible with our busy schedule . It’s a very good , structured program .

Mathnasium has really helped our child's confidence in math.

Andrew is great; extremely responsive via text or calling. They are flexible with scheduling and can take your child from an F to an A in a month.

My kids started at kindergarten and now they are at 4th and 2nd grades. They enjoy taking the math classes at Mathnasium, while they learn new math concepts with ease. I like that there are detailed reports which make it easy to track their progress. We go to the Mathnasium in Studio City, where they are great at accommodating to the kids' needs and skills.

Everyone at Mathnasium is awesome. My son looks forward to going there and even asks to stay longer or go back more often than the 2 x a week he already goes.

He has gone up a full grade in math so far and he no longer second guesses himself. His confidence has strengthened and he is doing better both emotionally and academically thanks to the great people and their techniques at Mathnasium!

We are so glad we found Mathnasium. It truly is an incredible experience and opportunity for our child.

Andrew is amazing! He manages Studio City office and he is always informative, kind and courteous. I love that he is flexible with schedules and keeps me updated with my child’s progress.

My child was not willing to go to mathnasium at first but needed help desperately to keep up with 7th grade level math. Due to Covid pandemic, he needed a lot of help. Now he comes home happy, confident and actually enjoys learning.

The transformation of my older daughter from barely passing or understanding math concepts to an accomplished and confident student has been remarkable. Andrew the owner is terrific! He is very responsive especially on texts. As a mom texting is the easiest form of communication, and he gets back to you quickly regardless of the time and is always very polite and thorough. Plus I can tell he cares about my son actually improving, which he has since starting.

My son used to love school and love math. He excelled in it until he got a teacher who completely destroyed his self confidence which resulted in him developing a fear and unworthiness. It was awful. He started having a real emotional and physical reaction when it came time to do math and math homework so he just gave up. Instead of his teacher helping him, she reprimanded him which only made it worse.

I found Mathnasium wth the hope they would find a way to connect with my child and give him the confidence he needed to shine again. I expected it to take some time but literally after the first session, his little spark was reignited into a flame that has been glowing ever since.
His excitement for math is back, he looks forward to going to Mathnasium every week and I can't wait to see what the next few months bring in his little joirney to math greatness!

Our son thinks the tutors at Mathnasium Studio City do a more effective job teaching Algebra than the teachers at his regular school.

Andrew and his staff were always extremely courteous to me and my daughter, accomodated our schedule changes, made our daughter feel welcome and comfortable and got right down to the business at hand! My daughter was never reluctant to go to Mathnasium nor did she feel any pressure or anxiety related to her math tutoring. The atmosphere was positive....the team are energetic, warm and sincere with the parents and kids alike. I would highly recommend Studio City Mathnasium and plan to continue in the Mathnasium in our new neighborhood.

We LOVE Mathnaseum. The instructors are amazing and it's been remarkable to watch my daughter struggle in math to enjoy learning and excelling. We should have been doing this years ago!

Mathnasium is amazing-time and money well spent. They truly help to accurately guide what instruction your child receives with their assessments- no wasted time or effort on the student or tutors part. When we started, I wasn’t sure what to expect/ how effective the program would be. I now believe Mathnasium parents/students have a huge advantage: you can decide the priorities to work on and what your child has really mastered (or not) from school-students can even decide to use the time for homework assistance, if need be! For my child, Mathnasium initially provided some remedial help. Now, she is doing honors level work and is way ahead-a genuinely prepared, confident STEM-ready student. As cliche as it sounds, my only regret is not starting her with Mathnasium from kinder. Many thanks, Andrew and team!!!

Mastering math is all about practice, practice, and more practice. Mathnasium’s tutors are great at guiding students through areas of difficulty.

My son really liked the instructors. I did too.

Mathnasium has helped our daughter to gain not only necessary math skills, but also confidence in her ability. The studio city team is very thoughtful and caring in their approach to supporting the kids in the math skills development. We receive weekly check in calls to let us know how our daughter is doing. We are so grateful we have found this educational gem!
