I choose Mathnasium don mills over the markham location, though the markham
location is closer to me for simply one reason -Evon the director of the Center. From the moment I spoke to him ,he truly understood my daughter’s needs. It has been 2 months and my daughter is so happy every time is her day to visit the Center. Evon has an excellent methodology when it comes to teaching children. He is also very positive yet firm with the kids. The best part is , Evon is very approachable when we have some math question of school. He never makes us feel rushed . I feel very grateful that he is willing to share his knowledge even with parents.Wish had discovered Mathnasium earlier. Thank you so much Evon and entire team for helping my daughter in her journey of math

Even given our kids' very busy schedules, we will still find/make time to get them in to Mathnasium a couple times a week. It is a solid, reliable resource for all their math support and takes a weight off of our shoulders as we know the kids will get the help they need!
Mathnasium really keeps the kids focused on math all year long and helps where they are struggling. Keeps math in the forefront of their minds especially when they don't have math in a particular semester in high school.

Its been a great place for my kids to keep math in the forefront of their minds and to help with any struggles they are having in a particular area of math. It keeps them focused throughout the year especially since the are in a semesterd program where they have it only for 1/2 a school year
Three years later and we still have great things to say about Don Mills Mathnasium. A combined approach of reinforcing math basics and tackling new concepts is helping Mitch to master Grade 10 Gifted Math.

I register my daughter on January this year and I can see the good an positive results. The staff is amazing and Ivan the director is really nice and professional. He cares of the improvement of my daughter. The program is a little expensive but for me it is more important that my daughter can succeed.
Mathnasium helps with homework so that the kids can achieve in what they're learning at school. This builds up their confidence!
The teachers are professionals but most important, they have the patience that is required to help the kids who in a regular classroom setting would not be able to understand the work given to them. Finding a way to get through to the students, takes a person who believes and cares in the work they do.
Can’t believe that Alex actually enjoys going to extra math lessons! We tried him at Kumon but it became a fight to get him to go. Plus he hated the homework. He likes Mathnasium because they make learning math fun, plus there’s no homework.

We have and will continue to refer Mathnasium to children who want to improve and/or maintain their math skills. Our kids have benefited and enjoyed their time at Mathnasium. In fact, they are often upset when they have to miss it!
Kids really find that it is helping with their math marks in school and one who doesn't have math this semester it helps keep him in math mode so it will be easier when he starts math again in school.
My kids have greater confidence with math since attending Mathnasium. My daughter insisted she could never learn her multiplication tables because it was too difficult - now her classmates approach her for help with math in class!
