Mr. Modi and his staff are very friendly and flexible in the schedule. Soon after my daughter joined mathenasium, Mr. Modi contacted the school teacher and made sure that the teaching materials are in sync with the school. Mr. Modi and his staff are always accomodating with last minute schedule changes. My daughter loves to go to the mathenasium.

My 7th grade daughter asked to go to Mathnasium in Downers Grove as she was having trouble in math and a friend recommended it. Besides my 7th grader, my 10th grader also joined. My high schooler's math grades dramatically went up in a matter of months. The nice thing about this program is that each child has a tailor made program after taking a placement test. They work on current home work as well as areas of deficit so they can get caught up. Mr. Moti ( who manages the facility is so flexible and easy to work with. My kids have found tutors that work well for them and actually ask to go because they know it will help them. Both of my kids are still in the program and they are currently in 9th grade and 12th grade. I feel it is such a great program, any one who is having difficulty with math should definitely give a call and see if this program will work for them.

Instruction was fantastic At times the wait time to work with instructor was a bit long, but overall it was a great experience.
My son was a bit apprehensive about going at first, but now actually looks forward to going there each time. The tutors at the Mathnasium have a great way to keep children engaged, motivated and help them expand their knowledge and confidence in the art of math. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who's looking to help their child thrive in the world of basic math and beyond.

We loved our experience with our Mathnasium team. We unfortunately didn't have a lot of time with them before having to move but the time we did we saw exponential growth in our son's confidence with math and his grades.

My son has been attending Downers Grove Mathnasium for more that a year now, and we can totally see the difference in his confidence for higher level math. This year he was moved up even higher and we definitely believe, Mathnasium helped him achieve that milestone. He is always enthusiastic and very proactive about going to the center. Mr. Modi is always involved in knowing exactly what is going on at the school with his Math curriculum and staying on top of it and most of the times ahead of it. It is good to see my son continuing to show confidence for the math level he currently is at and portraying this self-assurance at his school also as per his Math teacher. The teachers are all great at finding more than one way to explain things in a way your child understands before moving on. They are friendly and caring while still teaching so my son looks forward to his visits and has more confidence in the classroom.

The experience has been great for both my 8th grader who is in advanced math and wanting to stay ahead of the curve, and my 4th grader who, while getting good grades, needed correction in how quickly he would get through problems. Mr. Modi and his team have worked with both of them to not only provide them with the technical background but also with an understanding of how to approach different aspects of how they quantify and solve what they are presented with.
You have experienced teachers and they connect well worth kids.
It was great for our son. We tell everyone about it! Mr Modi is the best! I don't know what my son would of done w/o him.
I have both of my kids signed up and they both like to go there. My daughter has been with DG Mathnasium for 2 years now and already requested to sign her up for the next year- by her own statement - she loves the teaching team there and atmosphere they create, as well as the fact, that they do not stick to the center's pre-set program only, but will also help with school homework or test preparation, or any other needs a student may have.
As a busy parent, I appreciate the flexibility and cooperation the center offers- even though, there is individual schedule to follow, they allow me to bring my kids at different days and times, if we miss our regular class.
Great and friendly environment for kids to feel focused on learning. Wonderful group of tutors! My son loves coming here!
