I like that Mathanasium provides an environment where kids are taught to focus for one hour on something important. The environment fosters the importance of math and the students learn to take math more seriously. The they practice math, the better they get, build their confidence, and want to strive to do well in math at school as a result of attending Mathansium.

All great. My kids enjoy it. They seem to think it’s helping them with school math. The only reason I would hesitate to refer to a friend is the price. Not everyone I know would be able to afford it.
Although good in math, my daughter has been regularly practicing at Mathnasium for the past two years. She likes it, because she knows that she'll get help whenever needed. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and create an easygoing atmosphere.

We have been with Mathnasium since Carlos and Thomas opened their doors. Our son who was diagnosed with ADHD AND an LD is now in grade 9 advanced placement for math....we are positive that this is due to the consistant individual care the Mathnasium delivers.

I would like to thank Carlos, Thomas and all the staff at High Park Mathnasium who have been helping our daughter Jessie for the past four years with excellent results. Right from the beginning, when she arrived without notice for emergency help studying for a math test the next day to booking a tutor every day when studying for the SATs over this past summer, they were always so welcoming and immediately took all the stress away from both of us.
Our daughter studied first with Mathnasium when attending a private school, then in a International Baccalaureate (IB) school; and, more recently for the Standardized Apptitude Test (SAT) for admissions into a U.S. University. With all of these curricula Carlos and the team managed them professionally and without any problems switching form the TDSB curriculum to these other ones.
After just a few sessions we felt that we could really lean on them for help. The staff also coached her on test taking strategies. To help relieve the stress of the parents, they were never aggressive and strict about payments.
I really appreciated how they accepted her right away and were always generous with their time. They always wanted to help the students with Math far more than making sure they had money from me!
From the first day and onwards, they made Jessie welcome and relaxed about Math. Her whole attitude towards it changed, which helped so much.
