They helped my son by covering the skills and concepts needed for him to be able to excel in his honors Trigonometry and Pre-calculus course. He hasn’t had to come in because they did such a great job making sure he was ready, and we know they’re ready to assist if we need them.

Both of my kids have utilized the services at Mathnasium when they began to struggle in their math classes. Every time they have gone they have absorbed the concepts better and have been given extra practice time which in turn has helped raise their grades.

I find that my child gets the most out of receiving assistance with a specific study guide provided by her teacher or specific homework problems that she is struggling with from her math class. Thanks for tailoring your approach to include exactly what her class is going over - this is more helpful to my child than general worksheets.

Mathnasium has been a wonderful place for our daughter who is ahead in math. She finds a place where she is encouraged in her abilities and an environment where students are quietly focused on their work. In addition to helping her move 3 to 4 years ahead of the curriculum, Mathnasium has given our daughter the encouragement and discipline to learn on her own. Coming from a school where she was learning no new math at all, Mathanisum has been a true gift.
Richmond Mathnasium has helped our son get through his Freshman year. We will be continuing for his sophomore year.
I can speak of my daughter's progress it been very helpful she is in 2nd grade doing fractions and division were not waiting for what 3rd grade may bring it's always good to get a head start on what is to come. at Mathnasium she is doing just that we are hoping the 3rd grade won't be all that difficult with the jump start. the manager is very friendly my daughter enjoys speaking with him and her math instructor she feels comfortable and not stressed out i highly recommend sending your child. they will get evaluated they find weak points or area they have not worked on yet and start there she can't wait for the new school year to start and it a great feeling to have...

Josh was instrumental in helping our 9th grader exceed in Algebra this year. She averaged over 95% with occasional trips to the Mathnasium as needed depending on how easily she grasped each chapter. Their flexibility was wonderful and we will continue on as a customer until she graduates!
Mathnasium is exactly what my seventh grader needed. She always seemed to be behind and never had a chance to catch up. She seemed to understand the basics of the class material, but not well enough to complete problems on her own. I'm absolutely thrilled with Mathnasium! The one-to-one time they spend with her is invaluable and makes her feel confident about her math skills again. She really likes her tutor, Kevin, and they work very well together.

We’ve had a great experience with Mathnasium! Our some went from a D to an A in Algebra in just one month. He’s gained so much confidence and already feels ready to tackle high school math!
Scheduling is easy, and my daughter has grown in her confidence knowing she can review math concepts and ask questions with knowledgeable tutors in a space that is nonjudgmental and makes her feel comfortable.
My experience with Mathnasium has been great and I would highly recommend to anyone with a child looking for help. Jim has been great and very flexible with our schedule. He coordinates with my daughters teacher to identify curriculum and areas of where reinforcement is needed. My daughter has been enrolled since the beginning of her school year and her confidence in school and her grades have been amazing.
