We love all the tutors at Mathnasium. They take the time to personalize each student's plan. Their staff is patient and thoughtful with all students and they really enjoy learning Math. We have been there for two years and my children are really enjoying going there.

When we first came to Mathnasium almost a year ago, our son was struggling with overcoming foundational gaps in his learning and the low self-confidence that comes with not feeling secure in a subject no matter how hard you try. Nearly a year later, and his C's and D's have been
replaced with A's and B's, which is the result we were certainly looking for, but it's his confidence level for which we are most grateful. Our son stayed the course and followed the game plan Mathnasium laid out to fill in the areas he missed from school, and he's doing so much better, and feeling less stressed overall. It wasn't a hardship, either, because he genuinely likes the tutors at Mathnasium. We are so pleased and would recommend it to anyone!

Our son enjoys coming to Mathnasium and we see his confidence in math growing. His most recent assessment showed increased comprehension.
My two children, currently in seventh grade and fourth grade, have been attending Mathnasium for several years. They are both good math students, but I am absolutely certain that their achievement is much higher than if they did not attend. Mathnasium gives them the opportunity to practice new skills in a small group setting with lots of instructor support before they are introduced at school. They can move at their own pace spending more time on concepts that are more difficult for them. They really enjoy attending Mathnasium and look forward to their sessions.
Jeff makes the kids have fun. He lets them do the problems and ask for help and this gives the children a feeling of confidence.
Mathnasium has helped my son Jonah. It made a big difference for him because he was able to go in with his homework and get help. The tutors took the time making sure he understood the math lesson. Jonah said that he didn't feel as stressed out and anxious about his math because he knew that he was getting the support he needed with mathnasium. We are so impressed that our son Jason will be going to mathnasium starting in August.
My son is smart but generally scores average grades. It is always a struggle with teachers as I try to understand where he needs help. Last winter, I was recommended by my neighbor to use Mathnasium. She said that they gave her daughter the confidence to believe in herself and do better.
Lessons are conducted on site. There is no assigned homework and I have used this time for "me". It is so much better monitoring his progress rather than fussing and getting upset when he doesn't get what I am trying to convey. After my son's first introduction day at Lead Mine Mathnasium, he loved it! He wanted to stay longer. Said he had fun!
It's been 4 months now and he scored above average in his first math EOG, earning a 5. Leo and Jeff have been very helpful in addressing my concerns when I see my son's completed homework for school. They follow up on his weak areas and definitely gave him the confidence he needed to move forward. Now my son knows he can do better and is reaping a bountiful summer for his great grades. He could not have done it without Mathnasium!
We absolutely love the Tutors at the Leadmine location. Everyone is patient, encouraging and understands each child's strengths and weakness. My kids love coming to this location. They make learning Math fun!!!

Mathnasium has been part of our children's math growth since lower elementary school and they are now in high school. I particularly enjoy the regular assessments given to the students to show progress and areas of improvement needed. Mathnasium advocates for our children, and shows care and concern for their overall math plan, not just on completing homework assignments. The range of experience for our children has also covered preparation and practice for both the PSAT and SAT/ACT standardized tests. My son has tested in the top 5% on his math sections due to his ongoing partnership with Mathnasium. My daughter has regained her math confidence and math esteem. The staff are friendly and approachable. Also, the staff have been flexible with scheduling to meet our children's needs. I highly recommend Mathnasium on a consistent basis. Thank you, Mathnasium!!
