Mathnasium was the best thing that could have ever happened to my family. My son was doing poorly in 11th grade math Fall semester and the director Maria was able to work out private tutoring sessions with one of her tutors Dylan. He worked with my son during the Winter Break until the end of the semester. My son had to do recovery work for the first half of the semester plus his work for the second half of the semester. Because my son has ADHD, he loved that he could focus in the quiet environment of Mathnasium as well as being able to work one on one with Dylan. Dylan was very patient and explained the problems in a way he could understand them. Also the fact that my son actually looked forward to going was a MAJOR PLUS for me! My son was doing so well that his math teacher couldn’t believe the progress he was making, she thought the tutor was doing his assignments. Long story short, my son went from failing to passing Math 3 with an 86 and passing the EOC with an 83 the second half of the semester, completing his recovery math for the first half of the semester, ending up with an overall grade of 75 for the semester!!
My kids both genuinely enjoy and look forward to their sessions, whether in-person or remote. The teachers are great. Nice kids, know what they're talking about. I've been especially impressed with the remote sessions. Way better than when my kids had to do remote schooling.

My son is a Freshman in HS. A very smart boy but was struggling with math due to his poor learning during the pandemic. He is very happy that was able to put up his grade and more importantly understand the subjects. He made comments like "my tutor is really smart and has a nice way to explain". I will continue to use their services on a regular basis for the remaining of my son's HS years.

Our daughter had a fantastic experience with Mr. Dylan. She felt he spent the time to truly help her understand the concepts and have the ability to do her tasks between sessions. She had private sessions scheduled to help support a Math class that she had not been exposed to after moving here from FL. The requirements across the state are different so the format of how things were done, are different.
Also, we love Maria. She was extremely helpful and always kept in touch to make sure things were going well and that we got scheduled properly.

Communication is important and you have taken steps to alleviate my anxiety and know that Mathnasium is not a waste of money. My son is happy to earn stars even though he is virtual. Even though I live in Goldsboro NC the Mathnasium instructor wanted copies of my sons school assessments so that they can better understand academically where he is in Math. I am very appreciative of that. Thank you for all you do Mathnasium of Garner, NC. I am very satisfied.

Going well thus far and my daughter actually likes going. She feels she is making improvement and more importantly it’s keeping her mind active and concentrating over the summer break on a subject she struggles.

Mathnasium of Garner is so very willing to work with us on any concerns we may have. The teachers are incredibly friendly, helpful and understanding. What's more important for the future of your Childs education and feeling confident as they transition from elementary school into middle school.
Bing able to learn virtual has made our math experience very convenient. I am able to stay home and take care of other responsibilities while my student is learning, It is also important for her math skills to stay sharp during the summer months.

I am pleased with the progress that the boys are making. I appreciate the reminder phone calls when they are running behind. My daughter is attending and she loves that the explanation she gets on some of the math is at her grade level and easy to understand. The instructors are very attentive and very professional. She loves the math games. We are very impressed as parents with Mathnasium .
My children are registered during the summer break to help them stay ahead of their next grades. They love it and reported they are being coached on subjects they have not been taught before in easily understandable ways.
Eva has already improved her math skills with just one month attendance. More importantly she enjoys going. I feel sure that she will be better equipped for school in the fall. Staff is great too!
