Excellent tutoring and math learning program. Has been great for my kids during the pandemic. My kids went back to school a few weeks ago and they are ahead of most other students because Mathnasium has kept their math skills strong and up to date.
My daughter has been attending Mathnasium since she was in 1st grade and loves the program. She is now in 7th grade and math is her favorite subject in middle school. Her current grade is 99.8% in math. Mathnasium tutors get her ready for her school tests and quizzes. Her problem solving skills are excellent and we are very pleased with Mathnasium of Scripps Ranch / Mira Mesa.
Mathnasium instructors are great! My son's confidence in math has improved since he started attending. Mathnasium prepares my son for his test and quizzes. Also, did diagnostic test to find gaps in his knowledge. Highly recommend Mathnasium!
My son and daughter have been attending Mathnasium from the past 5 years and are doing amazing in math. Both have been placed in advanced math. Mathnasium really focuses on success at school by preparing them for their upcoming tests / quizzes. This has really bring up my kids confidence in math. During summer and other school breaks they focus on taking Mathnasium assessments and working on their learning targets. The staff and tutors are really nice and my kids look forward to going at Mathnasium. My daughter just recently received student of the month reward and she is super excited!!!

We recently started with Mathnasium and I can already see a higher level of motivation and confidence in my son’s math. He got a 100% on his first quiz after we enrolled. The tutors really provide a great learning experience.
The program is working really well for my 2 kids who have been in the program for the last few years. One thing we have learned is consistency works. Attending the program regularly each week and have the kids rewarded by the instructors and the parents really promotes a great learning environment. Mathnasium offers math enrichment for my son, who loves math and is always looking for a challenge. He is in advanced math in high school and needs that extra help to keep doing well. The instructors are great and the center is very welcoming.
Both my kids attend Mathnaisum and love it!! During the summer (which lasted 6 months this year!), Mathnaisum was the only academic support my kids received. They launched virtual online live instruction and it worked out so well for us! Math is 1 subject they are not behind on due to the support they received the past 6 months. Mathnasium has been going well for my son and daughter. My son is in HS and my daughter in middle school. Both get homework help and test prep tutoring to do well in school. This summer they have been focusing on SAT/ACT prep and getting ready for school in the fall. This program really gives them an edge over what the school is teaching them. I’m confident that they will excel in Math class. It’s convenient to schedule sessions either online or go into the center as needed. The instructors are great and make the most complicated topics easy to breakdown and learn. Best is they have their own material that is printed for each session that is used to teach and practice the concepts. Money well spent!
Both my kids have been attending Mathnasium last couple of years. With the recent public health emergency, Mathnasium switch to online instruction and really supported both my high schooler and middle schooler through their math classes. Both will be attending throughout the summer months in preparation for next year’s rigorous math curriculum. I don’t want them to struggle and experience a setback. Moreover Mathnasium have the best reward giveaways during summer months to keep my kids motivated!!!
We have three daughters who receive tutoring from Mathnasium. Initially, for our two elementary school-aged kids, it started as augmenting the core curriculum in elementary school as we had moved to CA from another state and they were ahead of where their classes started here. For our middle schooler, she placed into advanced math but was struggling. It was very helpful for all three to have additional instruction. Now, with distance learning and very little actual instruction, it’s one of the only hours/week where I feel they are getting direct instruction. Expensive, but highly recommended.
Mathnasium has done wonders for my daughter. She was struggling in math, and after being with Mathnasium for the last five years math is now her favorite subject. The math instructors are great, whenever she has tests or quizzes Mathnasium creates a custom test prep for her. Mathnasium has also tailored her program to the topics she is working on in school. Due to the current situation, we are attending Mathnasium at home, the program works well, there aren't many technical issues, and there is no difference in the instruction other than you are doing it from the comfort of your own home. Thank you for all you have done.
Always available to us. During this strange time you’ve opened up center hours so that instructors are available 7 days a week. Our kiddos are succeeding due to the assistance of Mathnasium of Mira Mesa. Thank you!

With some much uncertainty in the world right now, there is one thing that continues to remain normal in my kids lives, and that has been Mathnasium. Although they are unable to go the center due to state closure mandates, I and my kids are so appreciative of the Mathnasium @home Online Tutoring program. My kids get to talk/see the same instructors online that they work with in the center, they work on the same material that they work on at the center, and they are keeping up with their math skills. We hope to see the center open back up really soon, but until then, we will work on math @home.
Both of my kids love attending Mathnasium of Mira Mesa/Scripps Ranch!! My 12th grader attended the SAT boot camp at Mathnasium and felt great going into the test and scored 800 on the math portion of the test!!! My daughter is now doing great in her math class and her confidence has come up. She was struggling before we enrolled her at Mathnasium of Mira Mesa / Scripps Ranch. The tutors and management have been great! They connected with my daughter’s teacher to customize my daughter’s learning targets so she can work on concepts and problem solving she has been struggling with. They also teach what my daughter is learning in school and have a lady who does curriculum planning with my daughter. Very approachable staff!! Thank you Mathnaisum staff!!

We are very happy with Mathnasium program. The tutors are attentive and focus on teaching the right material. They also work hard and help with homework and school tests.
I have been using Mathnasium for all 4 years of high school. I can proudly say that I was able to achieve all A’s and score highly on AP exams in rigorous math classes such as AP Calculus AB, AP Calculus BC, and AP Statistics. Mathnasium also assisted me to reach a 790 math SAT score. I would definitely recommend their program to all of my friends and younger siblings.
Great program for High School and lower school students. Instructors really know their stuff in advanced math topics. If you want your students to do well in math, this is the place to get the help. Money well spent!
