My 2nd grade son has been going to Mathnasium for a year now, and it’s been nothing short of amazing. He looks forward to every session—he literally asks to go all the time! His math skills have grown tremendously, which was expected, but what truly impresses me is the fun, engaging environment they create. Beyond math, he gets to enjoy chess and other board games with teachers and friends, making it not just educational but also a perfect after-school activity. We couldn’t be happier!

Our family has been with mathnasium for several years. We have worked with different leadership and they have all been good. My daughter loves going to mathnasium and she loves math. It’s her favorite subject. I’m so glad she’s on track to take calculus in high school and will feel prepared to pursue a career in a technical field if she wants to do that. Recently our schedule changed and we needed to do virtual tutoring sessions. The team at Mathnasium set it up and it worked fine. Thank you Mathnasium!

Mathnasium Hancock Park has been life changing for our son Daniel. He loves going there to not just learn but achieve his milestones and collect rewards which is amazing as it allows the children to work harder. As working parents homework has been a major obstacle to come home after a hectic work schedule and help our son is tedious but Josue and the team are magical. Their constant persistence and knowledge in helping Daniel shows on our son’s academic report. Thank you Josue and team for your dedication in helping our children succeed in Math.

My son has really improved in his love of math since starting with Mathnasium. He used to have a lot of anxeity about it but now eagerly attends the turoring session twice per week without any complaints. Not sure how they do that but that has been amaing for him. Thank you Mathnaseum.

Since my daughter enrolled she said her math is improved and all that assistance is helping her when she has problem with math from homework or assignments her school… once again thank you and I will tell my friends about this program
We have had an excellent experience so far. Staff are friendly, supportive and flexible to accommodate my child’s needs. Josue has been remarkable in providing tutoring support; he is adept in attuning to my child’s specific needs and strengths; and has instilled much confidence in my child who is now loving math! I appreciate the patience and attention we receive at Hancock Park Mathnasium. Mike and his team communicate well and have helped my son deepen his understanding of math concepts.
Their flexibility between online and in person classes, as well as adjusting to schedule changes (school trips, illness, vacation, etc.,) has made it a pleasant experience for us and our son.
In-person classes are great, online classes needs improvements. Online tutors need to review students progress before class, so they know what their students are doing, instead of asking students. Most students are clueless what they are learning.
Michael is very informative and helpful with any questions I’ve had so far. I’ve been kept up to date with my child’s progress which as a parent feels great.
We have started since Kindergarten and now through high school. My child has routinely excelled in Math and currently one year ahead of the grade level by taking Calculus in 11th grade. The program instills great learning techniques and my children have fundamentally benefited from it.
