Mathnasium has been a critical factor in improving our son's confidence and grades in math.
My daughter loves to come to Mathanasium each time and she enjoys learning from the instructors. Jake is very professional and knowledgeable about the program and does a great job at explaining to the parents.
Mathnasium is an excellent place to bring your child for tutoring. They develop individualized plans to help students fill in the gaps of missing concepts. They provide help with homework during the school year, even reteaching a concept in a different way so the student can better understand. The tutors rotate to every student and work with them one-on-one, allowing the student the opportunity to learn under different teaching styles. Alex stays in touch with my child's math teacher regarding any problems in class and upcoming tests, and new concepts that will be taught. As parents, Jake and Alex have always made time for us when we wanted to check in on our child. I believe that all the staff at Mathnasium truly care about the students they work with. They show creativity in their approach to teaching. I can see that Mathnasium is positively changing my child's view of math and her ability to succeed.

Our daughter's math grades greatly improved after just one month at Mathnasium. Her teacher felt she had more confidence as well. It works!
My daughter's grades improved drastically. Her grades went from B-C to A's! All her tutors explained in great detail all her math problems. Her quiz grades went from D's to A's!
She was even explaining to some of the kids in class some of the math problems! Her confidence definitely went up! She now likes Math, when before Mathnasium she dreaded Math daily.

Great communication regarding my son’s progress. He was falling behind and mathnasium got him back on track and he’s making A’s and understanding difficult math concepts.

Mathnasium is a very positive experience for children who have lost their confidence in Math.
There is ample encouragement and never judgement from peers or cohort, should a subject be found difficult and need further explanation.

Our daughter has received tremendous help already in the short month she's been attending Mathnasium. She has received homework help and gained a better understanding of school assignments that she wasn't getting during class. Also, she already feels more confident. She even likes going every week - really nice when your child looks forward to going as opposed to having to drag them there. Everyone at Mathnasium is great. They are great about updating parents and giving feedback in person as well as emailing progress reports. I would definitely recommend this program.
