Perfect customer service from start to finish. A low appraisal and a MSHDA loan and we closed so quickly without needing an extension. Client felt taken care of, informed, and that she had people watching out for her. She remarked that Chris even called her while he was out of town to make sure she was understanding everything and comfortable.
