She follows up on everything, stays in front of any potential issues, and makes sure we get to the closing table. Our loan officer was always on top of everything. We had a relatively short window to obtain our mortgage, but almost never felt concerned under Matt's care, even when we approached potential potholes in our application. Matt was also very responsive (even during weekends and evenings) and great at explaining anything we did not completely understand.
