Capital Title is a top notch company that always does thorough research and gets back to me with any questions I may have. The lender on this file was not communicative at all and I have already sent a message to them about it. Due to this issue the CTC did not come in as it should have and left Capital Title scrambling and that is not fair, but everyone rose to the occasion and the file closed on time. That is because of Capital Title and their hard work. I appreciate this so much.
