Efficient closings yet carefully explain each document to my clients, quick to correct any issues with documents prior to closings, clear communications to clients and realtor throughout the title work process, always send out a notice of the closing date/time/place to affected parties. (For the last one, I continue to be amazed that some title companies don't bother to send out a closing meeting notice.....huh?)
