Tiffany Hendrix did a great job processing this condo sale. She was quick to get us the information, accurate, available. The trustee for this trust had a lot of questions about the certificate of trust prep list and Evette talked to him on the phone several times to answer questions and explain things. With all the other things he had to do, like emptying 40 years worth of stuff from the condo, he really appreciated Evette's help. Thanks everyone too, for helping the trustee pre sign the documents.
