In Atlanta for a conference for 10 days. Love how there were many CorePower Yoga studios to choose from. I especially liked that the class was not too crowded.

The quality of the session is important to me when you only get an hour for class, and I think core power does a good job of maintaining the ideals of yoga practice, while still making it challenging enough to feel like you've worked out.
