Body sculpt is the best, loved the teachers and staff
This was my first time attending a yoga class as I have only done yoga through videos at home. I am still quite a beginner--but the instructor was great and I was able to follow through the class pretty well. Unfortunately, I was only visiting for the weekend--so I will not be back anytime soon. Thank you for giving me the confidence to attend public classes!

Studio and locker rooms were super clean. All amenities provided. The class had a great flow with a killer playlist.
Great class - everyone very welcoming when I came in to try a free week even though I am sure they have been bombarded with everyone coming in during "resolution" season.
I will join once my children's school schedule changes and I am able to make 9am classes.

The staff is exceptional. So down to earth, welcoming, and friendly. It's spacious and clean... it doesn't smell like a sweaty locker room like some other heated yoga studios!
I enjoy core power 2 at 6am...would love a lighter core 1 on Friday 6am- after a long work week.
