My daughter is a member & brought me to a class. It was fabulous! I love hot weather. I have osteoarthritis & have been very limited by right hip pain. I had a successful steroid injection recently. The heat really relaxed my body & the stretching felt great. Two days later I still feel wonderfully. The other students & teacher were inspiring. I didn’t feel discouraged at all. I felt like I can’t wait until I can do all the moves. After the holidays, I need to investigate a membership. Thank you.

This was my first visit with CorePower and visit experience with Hot Yoga. The facility was clean and staff friendly. Yoga instructor was nice, funny and helpful with my poses. A family member asked if I like to try hot yoga with her. I’m glad I did. I’ll like to try a Week Pass to explore the other classes available.

I loved how friendly the staff was. I loved that the facility was clean and accessible. I loved the teacher training class because those students that were learning to be yoga Instructors were amazing. I especially loved the teacher in training, Vincent Harris. He was confident, helpful, Mastered every move, And was overall amazing. I truly appreciate it everyone present. Thank you for this experience!

Class was amazing! Nicole is an excellent instructor. I’ve been practicing for 11 years at CPYs across the country and I can attest, she is a good one. I do want to say I saw apparent mold growth in the showers in the men’s locker room. I am a shower cleaner SET member and also an environmental engineer, so I know mold. Please have someone deep clean those showers. Take the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash out of that little shelf and clean the shelf and those containers. That’s where I saw all the mold/grime.
