Mele is the best. Great mix of spiritual, fun and power practice. PLEASE PUT A SIGN IN THE LOCKER ROOM STATING - IF YOU ARE NOT USING A LOCK, PLEASE USE THE OPEN LOCKERS, AND NOT THE ONES WITH LOCKABLE DOORS.

I love the teaching styles of 3 specific instructors in Pasadena: Erica C, Kailee F, and Mark Tiger. They are very knowledgeable and teach with obvious love for yoga. My yogi confidence grows with each class I take with them.

I’ve taken yoga sculp with two different instructors. I’ve really enjoyed taking both classes. They have different styles of teaching but they were both equally good. The temp. Is a bit high (93), which is challenging. When I took a class in Enicno it was at 90 degrees.

I had a really great first experience! I felt really comfortable and everyone was friendly.
