You guys at CPY are doing an amazing job. First off, your yoga instructors- fantastic! Bri and Joel at your Pasadena location- top notch instructors. The experience has left me wanting to do hot yoga or core cardio or both everyday. My sense of smell has increased, my skin feels softer, I am mentally clearer and calmer, physically fitter, better balance and flexibility. Pasadena had a very intimate feeling to it! I normally go to the Corepower in Santa Clara/San Jose area. The instructors were very tough, but in a great way.
